This class focuses on high intensity interval training that builds endurance and strength using dumbbells, suspension training straps and other equipment. It's a full-body, calorie-torching class that's sure to get your heart rate up!
This class meets Tuesdays at 3:30 pm, Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, Fridays at 4:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:30 am.
This is a punch card class. Each class requires one punch. Cards are kept at the front desk for your convenience.
Members: 10 punches/$25; 20 punches/$45
Non-members: 10 punches/$75
