A mix of low-intensity and high-intensity dance fitness moves. A total workout, combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
This class runs Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30-5:30 pm, and Saturdays, 10-11 am.
This is NOT a YMCA punch card class. This class is offered in cooperation with a non-YMCA instructor and uses a separate punch card. See our staff at the front desk for more information.
