Group exercise is a great way to have fun and add accountability to your workout routines. We offer a number of group exercise classes, from Women on Weights, to Indoor Cycling, to Yoga and more!

Most of our group exercises run year-round. Most are offered through our punch card system -- buy a punch card with 10 or 20 punches, then attend any and all classes at the times that are convenient for you!

All-levels yoga

All-levels yoga is an opportunity for those who are new to yoga to develop a safe and healthy understanding of yoga. This class moves slowly with a strong focus on stress relief, relaxation, breath work and alignment.

Members: 10 punches/$25; 20 punches/$45

HIIT

This class focuses on high-intensity interval training that involves exerting maximum effort for short bursts, followed by brief periods of recovery. It's a full-body, calorie-torching class that's sure to get your heart rate up!

Power Yoga is a strong and dynamic class designed for a student who is already familiar with yoga or has a higher level of fitness.

Zumba is a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity dance fitness moves. A total workout, combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

Women on Weights

This class will introduce and teach different weight lifting techniques to strengthen and tone. You will gain strength, enhance your energy and burn calories. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

This program runs Mondays through Fridays at noon.

Interval Step

Come and work out with basic moves all done on a step platform. Guaranteed to raise your heart rate while having fun to music. All fitness levels welcome!

Indoor Cycling

Get an aerobic activity  that's easy on your joints. Make it as hard or as easy as you'd like by setting your gears and RPMs.

This class meets Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 am, and runs during the winter months.

Full-body workout that combines classical ballet exercises along with other fitness forms such as Pilates and yoga.

Pilates

Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

This class is instructed by Brittiney Harris and meets M-W-F at 9:30 am.
