Zumba is a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity dance fitness moves. A total workout, combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

Zumba Toning adds the challenge of Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged. Perfect for those who want to put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles.

These are NOT YMCA punch card classes. This class is offered in cooperation with a non-YMCA instructor and uses a separate punch card. See our staff at the front desk for more information.
